When AV Gauge decided they wanted to throw an employee party to celebrate 30 years in business they called upon Nouveau Event Planning to coordinate the details on their behalf. A Caribbean Themed event was carried out on a perfect summer evening.
From the custom ordered whole roasted pig to the pavilion specialty lighting, décor, photo booth and live music by Bigg Wiggle, a memorable landmark event was coordinated for all employees to enjoy.
Nouveau Event Planning took the work out of the planning from start to finish including compiling and packaging employees gifts given away that evening; ensuring mosquito concerns were addressed; consulting on risk management issues when serving employees alcohol; being the liaison with all suppliers hired for the evening; and onsite management of all setup and breakdown of the event.
