Nouveau Event Planning was hired to plan the events surrounding the 2017 CJFL Canada Bowl Championship. We had a tight-timeline of 1 week of planning to get delegates and players here from across Canada, negotiating hotel rooms and meeting space for the CJFL annual meetings, plan the Banquet of Champions, produce banquet and game day programs, getting online ticketing in place and the coordination of the hospitality event. On top of this we also had two other events already booked during this time! My staff are amazing and we were able to get it all done and amaze our clients!

We so enjoy coordinating the Vistaprint company Family Picnic each Summer. We are so thrilled that the event was such a great day for all families who attended. This event allowed employees to get away from the workplace and to enjoy each other in a social setting with many fun activities to take part in. 

A very special “HIGH FIVE” to our employee Derrick Biso who seems to brighten so many people’s day each time he works one of our events!! 
We received this heart warming message from a Vistaprint employee after the event, “Hello!! I just wanted to send a message of thanks and acknowledgement. Today we attended the Vistaprint family picnic and it wad a great event.. well done! But I’d like to send acknowledgment to one person. He was a younger guy with an awesome white strip in his hair! He spoke and interacted with my son every time he saw him and really lit my son up! It must be a wonderful asset to have him as part of your team!!! He really was a sweet heart and my son talked about him here and there for the rest of the night so thank you to him for being a part of my son’s smiling today!!!”

It was an easy day to smile and enjoy yourself. There were bouncy castles and mini-putt, games and crafts, entertainers and artists, and delicious treats and eats!

This is the 30th year that Nouveau Event Planning has planned this event with Windsor Mold Group and the theme coincided with Canada’s celebration of 150 years! We had live entertainers and musicians, bouncy castles, a craft station, table top and yard games, and delicious BBQ food and cake! It a was a fun day enjoyed by the whole family!

5 Run for Rocky events took place annually beginning in April of 2013 with the FINALE event taking place on April 9th 2017. The fundraising efforts through this event has established a fund that will help support Gay Straight Alliances in local high schools and post secondary schools in the years to come. This financial support includes GSA grants, GSA scholarships, funding students and educators to go to GSA educational conferences, the purchase of educational resources that help support parents and educators and Diversity Training for educators. 

The Run for Rocky Legacy Project will continue to collect donations and sanction approved third party events into the future.
